She previously served as a Managing Partner at the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation (DRK) where she was instrumental in growing the Foundation’s pipeline, portfolio support, and stewardship of donor partners. Before DRK, she worked at the Skoll Foundation, where she was an integral part of the ideation of the Skoll Awards for Social Entrepreneurship and at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation’s Philanthropy Workshop. Christy also has for-profit experience in venture capital. Christy began her career as a research associate at the Harvard Business School. Christy received her MBA from the Harvard Business School and holds a BA in History from Colgate University.
She currently serves on several boards including Benetech, National Venture Capital Association, World Affairs, and DRK grantees: Education Opens Doors, Food Forward, New Story, and Vote.org, while also serving as an advisor to AshokaU and CALMatters.
