Mr. Tran brings over 23 years of experience in accounting, finance and operations. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in several investment companies during his career where he was responsible for operations, compliance, accounting/tax, technology and human resources.
After graduating from Rutgers College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, he began his career in the audit/tax department of Rothstein, Kass & Company while earning his CPA.
Recently, Mr. Tran served on the management committee of a family investment office and was the COO to an investment banking company. He supported and administered several diversified investment banking teams which incubated there. The teams have deep sector expertise across energy, health care, financial services, industrials, and real estate, with regional expertise in Asia.
Mr. Tran brings his insight, experience and capability to guide and manage the operational needs of these organizations.
