Kai Bidell

Kai focuses on sourcing and performing due diligence on private funds in the impact investing space. Kai’s areas of focus include sustainable infrastructure/real assets investments, affordable housing, sustainable real estate, and private debt. He received a BA in Environmental Analysis from Pitzer College. He was awarded a Fulbright-Nehru Research Grant to study impact investing in India. Kai is an expert in evaluating real estate investments and has prior experience working as an analyst in commercial real estate, solar PV development, and equities trading.
Kai holds SASB’s Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential. He is a certified rescue SCUBA diver and passionate traveler. He speaks English and Vietnamese.
