Michael J. Kelly, also known as Mike, served as the Managing Director at Hamilton Lane Advisors, a private equity advisory firm with $58b+ in AUM and 350+ employees. Mike joined Hamilton Lane in 1994 and was responsible for due diligence of primary fund investment opportunities, managing client relationship and reporting activities as well as the analysis of venture investment opportunities.
Prior to that, he was a Financial Analyst at InterMountain Canola Company and a Financial Analyst at DNA Plant Technology. Mike has served on a number of venture fund advisory boards including Oak Investment Partners, TL Ventures, Columbia Capital, Polaris Venture Partners, Cardinal Health Partners and Rho Ventures. He holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a BS degree from Trenton State College.
