Winter Wall is a social entrepreneur passionate about job creation and durable business for good. She has worked and lived in Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, India, China, Nepal, Thailand and Indonesia with companies and organizations focused on community development, market access, job creation and training, capacity building and gender-based violence prevention. She focuses her professional endeavors on projects with meaningful and measurable impact. She founded, Kebon, a platform built to champion women-owned coffee businesses. Kebon is focused on the coffee industry to highlight the gender-gap in agriculture and shine a light on the extraordinary women growing, producing and distributing specialty coffee globally. 

Winter is the founder of W3 Global Consulting, LLC., in which she focused on the nexus of NGO, government and private sectors to bridge the chasm of mistrust and harness the unique strengths of each sector to propel development and increase sustainable impact. Former clients of W3 include Bloomberg Philanthropies, Newdea, Inc., The Women’s Regional Network, Global Dental Relief and others.

She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Denver in International Development and Humanitarian Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver in International Affairs, Gender Studies and Communication. Winter currently resides in Denver, Colorado with her amazing husband and two children. She serves on the Colorado board of The Global Fund for Women. She co-founded the Young Professionals Board for The Third Way Center of Denver and volunteers as the Regional SLP Champion for the Entrepreneurs Organization.
